How do I get a price?

Open any product, note the reference number, and send it to us with the quantity you want on WhatsApp. We reply with a firm wholesale price, normally within one business day.

Is there a minimum order?

Mixed-brand orders accepted. Minimum order quantity applies per shipment. Ask us about a starter order if you are testing a new market.

Can I mix brands in one order?

Yes. Mixed-brand shipments are normal for us and often reduce the freight cost per piece.

Products

Are the photos of the actual item?

Yes. Every listing uses photographs of the physical item we hold. Most listings show several angles, and the gallery on each product page is complete.

Can I request more photos?

Absolutely — ask for the reference number and we will send extra photos or a short video.

What if an item is out of stock?

Stock turns over quickly. Tell us what you are looking for and we will offer the closest available alternatives.

Payment & after-sales

Which payment methods do you accept?

Bank transfer and the usual international transfer services. Details are provided with your quote.

What if there is a quality problem?

Every item is inspected and photographed before dispatch. Quality issues are replaced or refunded. Report any issue within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will replace or refund.
